Outline itinerary

DAY ONE - 11 September 2025
Thursday: Check-in to the 4* Brooklands Hotel in Weybridge which is nestled in the heart of the Brooklands Estate, the home to the historic Brooklands motor racing circuit. It is a modern boutique hotel that effortlessly combines contemporary style with classic elegance, a place where you can experience both the magnificence and splendour of a bygone age and the latest in modern comforts and technology, with the historic Brooklands Motor Circuit and Museum on its doorstep. Expect warm smiles at every turn, a host of thoughtful touches, spacious rooms, and fine dining.

In the early evening we'll get together for a drink's reception and private group dinner in a very special location and you'll get the chance to meet your fellow guests and chat about all things vintage...and cars!

DAY TWO - 12 September 2025
Friday: Step back in time to a more glamorous age at the Goodwood Revival. Dress up in elegant period attire and join in with the fun. Trilbies, WW2 military uniforms, pinstriped suits, and tea dresses will help you look and feel the part. Today you will have a general admission ticket, allowing you access to the wonderful 'Over The Road' vintage shopping area and all of the public trackside race viewing areas. There is so much to see and do, Friday is a great day to get your bearings and ease yourself into this one-of-a-kind weekend.
 
Dinner this evening is at your leisure.

DAY THREE - 13 September 2025
Saturday: Another chance to step back in time to a more glamorous age with a journey on the Belmond British Pullman to the Goodwood Revival. Dress up in elegant period attire and join in with the fun. Trilbies, pinstriped suits and tea dresses will help you look and feel the part. Your journey begins in lavish style with a sparkling Bellini and a delicious brunch. Your table is set with bespoke glassware and pristine white linen ready for your fine dining experience. Liveried stewards take care of your every need leaving you to admire the vintage details of your art deco carriage and gaze out of the window at the passing scenery.
 
On arrival at Chichester Station board the private coach to the Goodwood Motor Circuit, where there is a short walk to the entrance. You will already have been given your Revival entrance tickets and Roving Grandstand pass on the train, which gives you access to non-reserved seating in seven grandstands around the circuit. Once inside, you'll have access to the public areas and bars where you can soak up the buzzing atmosphere and enjoy the exhilarating day at your leisure. You can view the activities of the Paddock area from its perimeter (the centre is accessible only to competitors, VIP Guests and Goodwood Road Racing Club members) and watch the classic motor racing from a grandstand of your choice.
 
Enjoy an exuberant fun-packed day before returning to the train for a champagne reception. On the homeward journey, a spectacular three-course dinner is served accompanied by the sommelier's choice of wine. Sip your drink, reflect on the day's events and relax with your companions. Your journey home is the perfect finale to a most quintessential of British days out.

DAY FOUR - 14 September 2025
Sunday: After an early breakfast we head back to the Goodwood Revival in our private coach. Sunday is race day and you will be enjoying the day from the superb Assembly Rooms.
Enjoy fabulous Goodwood produce with a menu that is inspired by the period of the racing and bringing together the best food stuffs from the estate and other closely associated farms. Don't forget to sample Goodwood's own beers, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in hospitality.

As an addition, you have access to the adjacent grandstand for race viewing with superb views over the double-right of Woodcote Corner, always an exciting spot to watch from.

As well unlimited access to the paddocks your day includes breakfast, lunch, Afternoon Tea, and a open bar of unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks. You will receive a complimentary programme and ear piece radio on arrival.

On completion of the track activities, it is just a short walk back to our coach for the return transfer to the Brooklands Hotel.

Dinner this evening is in the award-winning, two AA Rosettes, 1907 restaurant, bar & grill. Named after the year the world-famous Brooklands racetrack opened, and drawing inspiration from the 1920's and 30's - a period of glamour, innovation, and the golden age of racing.

Spend the evening with friends, new and old, chatting about your weekend's vintage racing exploits.

DAY FIVE - 15 September 2025
Monday: Enjoy a final breakfast at the hotel and then continue your onward journey, with private airport transfers available on request.
