The terms and conditions below are general and do not relate to specific events
and hospitality. MotorRacingHospitality.com may substitute alternative
terms according to the requirements of a particular event or activity.
1. In these terms and conditions "MRH " shall mean MotorRacingHospitality.com.
2. Unless otherwise agreed in writing these conditions shall override any terms and conditions stipulated incorporated or referred to by the customer whether in the "booking" or elsewhere and all guarantees, warranties or conditions whether expressed or implied howsoever are excluded and hereby negated. No amendments to these conditions are allowed save those which may be agreed in writing by an authorised Director of
MRH.
3. MRH gives no warranty about the event for which the hospitality is sold as to its quality, suitability or otherwise.
4. The contract - A contract shall deemed to have been made between MRH and the booking client when the client has confirmed their travel requirements either verbally via telephone, or in writing via email, facsimile or post, has paid a deposit of 30% of the total cost of all travel arrangements and
MRH have accepted such a booking by confirming the booking in writing via email, facsimile or post and receipt of the 30% deposit amount form the client.
5. Schedule of Payment Details:
i) Any deposit Cheque received from a customer for a booking which is then returned from the customers bank as unpaid for any reason, will have a period of 5 working days to arrange for an alternative method of cleared funds payment otherwise the booking will be deemed to be cancelled and will be resold.
ii) Final balances must be paid to MRH not later than eight weeks prior to the event.
iii) If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the first day of the booked event, the deposit and final balance must be paid to
MRH within 5 working days of the booking.
iv) Bookings made within 15 days of the first day of the booked event must be paid for in full via cleared funds.
6. Tickets and other administration documents will not under any circumstances be issued prior to receipt and bank clearance of full payment relating to such tickets and administration documents.
7. Cancellation or alteration of bookings will be accepted at the sole discretion of
MRH. In the event of the customer wishing to alter or cancel the booking any such alteration or cancellation must be confirmed in writing to
MRH. On receipt of such cancellation or alteration instruction, the following cancellation and alteration charges will be applied;
Cancellations:
i) Up to 8 weeks prior to the first day of the booked event - Deposit retained by
MRH
ii) 4 - 8 weeks prior to the first day of the booked event - Deposit + 75% of final balance retained by
MRH
iii) Less than 4 weeks before the first day of the booked event - Deposit and final balance retained by
MRH
Alteration Fee:
i) In addition to any other costs involved with regard to any alteration required by the customer an administration fee of �
50.00 will be charged by MRH.
8. MRH has no control over the running of any of the event that we provide travel services to and all the details and descriptions in relation thereto are for guide purposes only.
9. Motorsport can be dangerous and it is a condition of booking that MRH and its staff are absolved from all liability arising out of accidents causing damage or personal injury (whether fatal or otherwise) however caused to customers of
MRH. for the entire duration of the hospitality package. This includes travel to and from the Airport of first departure and the Airport of final destination.
10. MRH does not provide any form of travel insurance within the cost of its hospitality packages and will not accept any liability for claims or losses suffered by customers whilst
travelling with
MRH. MRH are not an insurance broker and therefore will not advise on travel
insurance, save for recommending that you obtain adequate insurance.
11. MRH shall not be held liable for any omission by any person not employed directly by
MRH. MRH has no control over the actual event and does not have any and cannot accept any liability for the actions or omissions of the organisers or operators of the event or their servants, agents or employees.
12. MRH shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense caused by cancellation of the event because of Government action, strike, civil commotion, National Disaster or force majeure, in no circumstances shall
MRH be liable for any consequential loss or damage. In any event MRH's liability shall be limited to the prices paid for the hospitality package.
13. Any complaints must be registered both on the day and in writing to MRH. within 14 days form the date of the completion of the event.
MRH cannot and will not accept any complaints after this period.
14. MRH has no responsibility for any property or personal effects for the duration of the hospitality package.
15. Unless otherwise agreed these Conditions and the contract shall be subject to and construed in accordance with English Law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
16. MRH gives no warranties that the event shall take place in the time and place stipulated or at all.
MRH shall not be liable to give any refund in the event of the event being cancelled or postponed.
MRH recommend you seek insurance against cancellation due to the events outlined
in paragraph 12 together with cancellation due to adverse weather, together with
travel insurance where applicable.
17. Disclaimer: MRH is acting as intermediary and agent for suppliers in selling services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services which are not directly supplied by
MRH such as hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tickets etc. MRH, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members.
MRH shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any
traveller in connection with terrorist activities, war, insurrection, social or
labour unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climactic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments or any other actions, omissions or conditions outside the coverage against them. Your retention of tickets, vouchers, or booking after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above and an agreement on your part to convey the contents herein to your travel companions or group members.
The Client, by engaging MRH and making deposit and/ or full payment for the package arrangement specified, acknowledges the position of the company as stipulated by the foregoing and agrees to hold
MRH blameless in making the arrangements on his behalf, provided same shall be made through generally acceptable suppliers at the time of engagement, and further agrees that restitution of damages, if any are claimed, shall be sought directly from the suppliers. The client also agrees to the terms and conditions of the tour and services as set forth by the suppliers.
Rates are subject to changes without notice. Tours and event tickets are subject to availability. Payment of deposit or full payment shall constitute consent of all provisions stated herein.
