Hospitality at the Le Mans 24 hours...
Race week: 11th to 17th June 2012It's hard to imagine the vast size of the circuit. Your guests need their own base for the race weekend - professional service - viewing on the spot - plus options to fit your schedule
PROJECT 24 - This French agency has been providing VIP hospitality at the 24 Hours race since 1995, and clients have booked again year after year. Usually a fair number of guests are English. From the English-speaking hostesses to the bar staff and private shuttle drivers, all the staff are dedicated to looking after your needs. Options subject to availability and negotiation.
THE PACKAGE
- Private marquee at Maison Blanche
- Reserved car parking
- Welcome area with hostesses
- Terrace with views of the Ford chicane and pitlane entry
- Private shuttles to track corners: Indianapolis, Arnage, Porsche and Karting Nord
- TV with live feed of the race

Private marquee in enclosed area with private viewing terraces, private bar, private WCs, a short walk from the Maison Blanche grandstand. Close to reserved Parking Bleu and the airport.
THE TABLES
Arranged in tables of ten. Your table is yours for the duration of your booking, not as meal 'sittings'. A true circuit base for the day.
THE CATERING
High standard French meals served at the table including red and white wine, mineral water and coffee with the meal. Other wines and drinks can be purchased from the bar on account or included in the package.

The only thing we don't supply? Race tickets on their own! All tickets and passes are supplied only as part of a package with accommodation and/or hospitality.
